Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prepare a Project Needs Assessment for the Gunnison Wastewater Treatment Plant

The City of Gunnison is requesting qualified engineering consultants to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prepare a Project Needs Assessment.  This report will be used in connection with the Gunnison Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrades to comply with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment requirements for its Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan program, the Colorado Department of Local Affairs and the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Loan and Grant Program.

You are invited to submit sealed proposals, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Wastewater Needs Assessment” to the City of Gunnison Public Works Department, Attention: David M. Gardner, 1100 West Virginia Avenue, Gunnison, Colorado 81230 no later than 1:30 P.M. on August 21, 2017. At 2:00 p.m. on August 21, 2017, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract will be awarded to the proposal that is determined to be in the best overall interest of the City of Gunnison. The City of Gunnison reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this solicitation and to waive any irregularities. Cold Storage Building Project

Closes Wednesday, August 16 at 1:30 PM MDT

Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Gunnison Cold Storage Building Project will be received by The City of Gunnison Public Works Department, 1100 W. Virginia Ave, Gunnison, Colorado, 81230, until 1:30 p.m. August 16, 2017. At 2:00 p.m. on August 16, 2017, at the City of Gunnison Public Works Department, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids must be marked “2017 Cold Storage Building Project”. The contract documents may be examined and/or purchased at the City of Gunnison Public Works Department. Hard copies of the Contract Documents are $45.00, digital copies may be requested by calling 970-641-8320 or emailing lstarkebaum@gunnisonco.gov

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
